Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: RM3,500–RM4,500
• Basic Salary After Confirmed: RM3,000/month

• Commission: RM3 per tent setup
• Performance Bonus: RM5 per tent setup
• Outstation Overnight Allowance: RM150
• Periodic Salary Increments: If Perform
• Basic+RM400 : If hands on in lorry breakdown/major repairs
• Meals & Drinks Provided: When working on-site

Requirements

• Age: 25–40 years
• Nationality: Malaysian
• License: Require valid GDL E license 
• Working Hours: 9 hours/day (45 hours/week)
• Able to work overtime and travel outstation if required
• Full-time and permanent position
• Preference: Residents of Rawang area
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Punctual and Disciplined
• Familiar with the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas
• Experience: At least 2 years of driving a 3-ton lorry
• Prior experience in event management is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Act as Pilot (Crew Leader)
• Transport crew, tents, tables, chairs, and other event supplies
• Supervise the operations crew
• Ensure event items are complete and accounted for before and after events
• Maintain a good relationship with clients
• Get delivery order & feedback form signed by clients
• Take good care of the truck (service, Puspakom inspection, cleanliness)
• Perform any other duties as instructed by the supervisor
