Refund Policy

At Canopy2u Sdn. Bhd., we understand that event plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while balancing the operational costs involved in fulfilling your rental.


1. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled event date, subject to availability.

  • Requests made within 48 hours are considered cancellations and will follow the cancellation policy below.


2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Less than 48 hours before the event:
    ✅ A 25% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 25% of your deposit will be refunded.

  • Within 48 hours of the event:
    No refund will be issued as setup preparations and logistics will have been initiated.


3. Cancellation by Canopy2u

  • If Canopy2u cancels your booking due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, technical breakdown, road closures), you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.


4. No-Show or Inaccessible Sites

  • If our team arrives and the event location is inaccessible, or the customer is unreachable at the scheduled time, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation with no refund.
