By accessing and using this website and our rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. General
These Terms govern all bookings, services, and transactions conducted through Canopy2u.
Canopy2u reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. Please check this page regularly.
2. Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental slot. Bookings are processed on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Full payment must be made at least 3 days before your event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment methods accepted: Online bank transfer, FPX, credit/debit card, or e-wallets.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will not be eligible for any refund.
Postponement is subject to slot availability and must be requested at least 5 days in advance.
4. Delivery & Setup
Standard delivery and installation are scheduled within 24 hours before the event, unless specified otherwise.
Customers must ensure clear access and provide accurate location details, including event address and contact person.
Additional charges may apply for:
Difficult access (stairs, narrow roads, long carrying distances)
Setup outside regular working hours
Last-minute changes
5. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure the event site is ready and accessible at the agreed time.
Obtain all necessary permits or approvals (e.g., from local authorities, building management, etc.).
Ensure proper supervision of the rented items throughout the rental period.
Damage or loss of rental items will be charged accordingly based on repair or replacement costs.
6. Canopy Safety & Weather Conditions
While our canopies are designed to withstand typical Malaysian weather, extreme weather conditions (heavy storms, strong winds, floods) may affect structural stability.
Customers are advised to:
Remove lightweight decorations in strong winds
Avoid using electrical appliances under wet conditions
Canopy2u is not liable for any weather-related event disruptions or damages.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Canopy2u shall not be held liable for:
Any injury, accident, or damage occurring at your event
Delays caused by road closures, traffic conditions, or natural disasters
Losses resulting from customer miscommunication or incorrect event details
8. Intellectual Property
All content on https://canopy2u.com.my, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Canopy2u Sdn. Bhd.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is collected solely for booking, communication, and customer support purposes.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required for service fulfillment.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur or Selangor.
