Renting Tables, Chairs and Canopies for a Condo Function Room or Clubhouse

Short answer: before booking, get three things from your condo management: the delivery and loading time allowed, whether contractors need a pass or deposit, and whether canopies may be pitched on the lawn or pool deck. With those, we can deliver tables, chairs, patio umbrellas, canopies and air coolers and have them set up before your guests arrive.

What management usually asks for

• Contractor registration: vehicle number and crew names, sometimes a day ahead.
• Loading window: many condos allow deliveries only in set hours, often morning or early afternoon.
• Lift protection: some buildings need lift padding for furniture going up to a sky lounge.
• Deposit: a refundable deposit for the function room or lawn.
• Canopy rules: some lawns do not allow pegs, so canopies use weights instead.

What fits a function room

What fits a lawn or pool deck

One 20×20 canopy seats about 40. For a small gathering at a KL residence in August 2026 we set up three A-frame tents, three rustic tables, 24 crossback chairs, four buffet tables and two air coolers. For a lawn where a canopy would block the view, use patio umbrellas.

Cooling

Pool decks and lawns get hot in the afternoon. Plan an air cooler or industrial fan per seating area and check where the power points are.
